Job Scope:
• Physically transfer components from Receiving & Incoming Inspection/QC, identify, label, store, kitting, disbursement, shipping and/or inventory of parts, materials, supplies, equipment, components and supplies to Stockroom, load and move supplies using hand and forklift trucks.
• Execute stockroom/warehouse duties with attention to details, priorities and ISO practices.
• Examine items (QC), fill orders, and prepare inventory reports in an expeditious manner so as not to impede the progress of Manufacturing.
• Transact and track parts in computer system on timely basis.
• Work from production orders to prepare kits for production assembly.
• Prioritize and merge tasks according to orders and forward materials to be packaged for shipping.
Candidates must possess the following:
• High school education or post secondary education, preferred.
• Must be comfortable in PC environment, with computer skills, preferably in MRP, materials management software, excel spreadsheet, MS office.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar position with (MRP) materials management or inventory software, preferred.
• Working conditions: warehouse and manufacturing environment, sitting at computer terminal for prolong periods, requires heavy lifting, possibly demanding schedule, often work on several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to move small to mid size components, by hand or with motorized fork trucks and manual pull jacks, including standing, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, lifting equipment, possibly prolong periods.
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
• Effectively plan, organize, prioritize, and execute work/projects with attention to details.
• Self starter, highly motivated, works at maximum efficiency and quality,
• Enthusiastic, versatile and flexible.
• Maintain cooperative spirit, open-minded, ability to accept criticism.
• Problem solving skills – ability to identify and solve problems.
• Exercise good judgment and effective decision making ability.

• High degree of integrity and trust, ability to withstand scrutiny of audits.
• Must be U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
