ESI & team up to reduce Nitrogen Consumption
Wilmington, MA - August 22, 2008

ESI & team up to Reduce Nitrogen Consumption on ESI's EB systems.

ESI has been working with Air Liquide to incorporate a Gas Seal Kit (GSK) inerting technology on ESI's EZCure Sidefire and Downfire EB units.

The GSK technology was developed by Air Liquide and preliminary testing at a processing facility in the United States has shown extremely promising results.(See Testimonial Letter)

ESI and Air Liquide are solutions providers. Many of the solutions include utility conservation ideas and technologies which when combined or used with current technology will help to reduce energy consumption and associated greenhouse gasses.

The GSK technology has proven to reduce nitrogen consumption by fifty percent while providing the same or better inerting results.

Consuming 50% less nitrogen, for an equivalent amount of material cured, means consuming 50% less nitrogen-related energy which also reduces associated greenhouse gasses.
